Quiz #39: Where is the catheter?

Two sets of images (PA & Lateral views in each) taken from the same angiogram - before and during contrast injection. This patient with tricuspid atresia is undergoing pre-Glenn catheterization.

Questions:
1) Trace the catheter course.
2) In which chamber is the catheter tip?
3) Comment on the great arteries relationship (normally-related or otherwise).
4) Based on answers to above questions, what classification type of tricuspid atresia is this?
